Mr. Peter Mandjukov
Petar Mandjoukov is graduated in the field of Technology of the machine design Mechanical and Electrical Engineering University in Sofia and "Foreign Trade" at the University of National and Worldwide Economic in Sofia. Many years he has been working in the field of engineering and foreign trade as a director and representative of leading companies in the country and abroad. He is a founder and Honorary Chairman of the “Family Business Network – Bulgaria” which is an open structure for new members who share the philosophy and principles of family business. Because of his donation and support to charity activities he was awarded with honorary ranks “Stara planina” I-st degree, Archon of Saint Plovdiv Bishopric and Honorary Citizen of his native city – Plovdiv. He is fluent in French, English and Russian languages. He is married and has three sons and one grandson.
 
 

Professor Lin Chengzhen

Professor Lin is a specialist in Construction machines, construction materials, new energy, energy economy and environment protection with an amazing contribution in the Ministry of Machinery and Electronic Industry in China. Mr. Lin had worked with the Beijing Holding Machine-Electronic Industry Group. He is currently responsible for the coordinated export and the management of the Chinese machine-engineering industry, the manufacturing of construction materials and environment protection. Professor Lin was a part of the development and the management of the 12th 5-year plan of the Chinese construction-manufacturing industry.

 

 

Mrs. Zhu Xinyuan

Mrs. Zhu had graduated from the Department for the manufacture of machinery for the industry. She is working together with "All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese." Mrs. Zhu is also Head office for overall quality control and Director of the Department of Heavy Equipment Technology in Jinzhou. She had worked as Deputy Director in the "Agency for living abroad Chinese", part of the public authorities in Jinzhou. Mrs. Zhu was also Deputy Director for economic assistance in FROC and CEO of “Chinese Association for Social Activities". In August 2008, Mrs. Zhu became Vice-president of the Beijing "Renkang Investment Company" and also President of the Beijing "Renhe New Technology Company", Deputy Director of Beijing University "Luen Thai" in the Centre for Research and Development of Production Lines.

 

Zhou Jingsun

Mr. Zhou is the Chairman of the Board of "Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Co." and General Manager of "Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Group". He is also Manager of the Board of Directors of "XEMC Windpower Co." Mr. Zhou is also Director of a company for transformer equipment.

Mr. Zhou is honorary Chairman of the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 

Mr. Juan Luis Balmaseda De Aumada Diez

Mr. Balmaseda graduated in the University "Complutense" in Madrid, Spain. He holds Master degree in International Law from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He has 25 years of experience in Madrid, Malaga, Bucharest and Sofia. Mr. Balmaseda is president and founder of BGI (“Balms Group International”) with offices in Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Russia , Spain, Paraguay, Peru, Ukraine and Uruguay. He is the founder and honorary chairman of the National Foundation "Balms la Infancia" ("Balms for children"). Mr. Balmaseda is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian.

 

 

Professor Honoris Causa Plamen Legkostup

Professor Honoris Causa Plamen Anatoliev Legkostup is the President of the Veliko Tarnovo University “St. Cyril and Metodius” for a second term. Beside his success as a Head of the University, Prof. Legkostup is a respected artist and painter, whose works are presented in the Bulgarian National Art Gallery, Cultural centre A.M.O.R.C. in Paris, the Bulgarian Cultural-Information Centre in Moscow, Foundation “ARTKIBIUS” – Belgium.

He is a member of the Board of the Council of Rectors in Bulgaria, the Committee on Education at Higher Attestation Commission (HAC), Union of Bulgarian Artists, the Club of Rectors of Europe - Oxford, England and many more. Prof. Legkostup is a winner of dozens of prestigious awards, including the medal and diploma from the International Bibliographical Centre in Cambridge for inclusion in the Top 100 teachers in the world for 2009. He also develops an intense social activity.
